2. What data we collect
- Booking and quote data: title, full name, email, mobile number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight or train number, number of passengers and luggage, notes you write to us (for example child seats), the payment option chosen.
- Billing data: billing address, city, postal code and country and, if you ask for an invoice to a company, the company name and VAT or tax number. We use them only to issue the invoice required by Italian tax law.
- Payment data: payments are made on SumUp’s secure page. We receive only the confirmation and the amount paid; we never see or store your card number.
- Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the page from which you booked, used for security and to prevent spam.
- Statistics: if you accept them, anonymous data on how the website is used (Google Analytics).
We do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not include health information in the notes unless it is needed for your journey (for example, assistance with a wheelchair).
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To answer your request, manage and carry out your booking, send you the payment link, confirmations and reminders, and contact you on the day of the service — performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To protect the website from fraud and spam and to defend our rights — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To measure website visits with Google Analytics — your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings.
We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
4. Who receives your data
- The driver who carries out your service and, when needed, a licensed partner transport company that operates it for us.
- Our service providers, acting on our instructions: website hosting and email (VHosting Solution S.r.l., Italy), payment links (SumUp), our booking management software (MyTransfers), Google (address suggestions with Google Maps / Places and, with your consent, Google Analytics) and WhatsApp, if you choose to write to us there.
- Our accountant and the competent authorities, when required by law.
Some providers, such as Google and WhatsApp (Meta), may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
